In
the spring of 2006 discussions began between Allied Arts Association of
Cambria and the Coast Unified School District to determine if it was
feasible to consider converting the existing auditorium/gymnasium of
the Old Grammar School into a community performing arts center.
What a wonderful association: Allied Arts has been actively
supporting the arts since 1946, the Grammar School was built in 1936.
The Old Grammar School was vacated in 2006 when the new grammar school was activated.
This
