NEVENKA SCHUMAKER

Her love of nature and appreciation of beautiful objects is distilled by her artistic and creative eye down to an almost surreal impression which she interprets in stone. She also creates ultra contemporary paintings in oil and acrylic. Her awards include "Best of Show" at 2003 California Sculptors Symposium; 2003 Prefix 927; and 1st Place -Curator's Choice Sculpture Show at Art Center, San Luis Obispo.
